I love visiting this store in East LA. It is clean inside and they have a plethora of herbs. The leaves look fresh and not questionable. The price for the goods are fairly reasonable.

I love the store... I'm always buying the Blood Cleanse I'm on my third bottle and I feel great!! And for those who are saying about the warning label prop 65 ,the state of California requires tou to put that on your products. I used to work at a footwork company and we had to put the same warning on our products as well. It's All products all companies across the board..

Is a great service for the community I believe remedies on earth But they used to give us these rewards cards you spend like 360 so After the car is complete purchase 360 they give you 30 reverse in merchandise They no longer give rewards they took it down 2 years ago That's not good seniors in low-income Latino community the patronize them they need a break I talked to the store asking to activate the rewards 360 dollars it's a lot of money spending I hope they could do rewards back Please.

I called Herbs of Mexico and asked a bunch of questions. The lady on the other end was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and informative.Even though she had to put me on a brief hold due to customers in the store. I am heading there tomorrow and am already sure that I will be a customer for life. It is so rare to find people who actually are accommodating and not in a constant rush. Customer service is a lost art but it is clearly alive and well at Herbs of Mexico. I will update later on the shopping experience. Update - I went to the store and bought several herbs a little over a week ago. The shopping experience was great. The place was well organized and the lady who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the herbs. She had a couple questions about things I asked an instead of giving me bad information, she consulted with a more senior member of the staff. My body has responded amazingly well to the herbs in just a little over seven days. Needless to say I am a customer for life. I don't care where I go in the country...I will always order from this place. 5 stars in my opinion.

I called and the attendant was very helpful and patient with my questions. they had the herbs i was looking for so I drove to the shop in ELA. Loved the atmosphere and had a wonderful conversation with the young lady who offered alternatives to a herb they did not have. Them she located a small bag of what i wanted. Love this store. Pi

This store right here is one of the reasons I live in LA. Got natural herbs and products that were difficult to locate, inexpensive and effective. I waited to use their products before writing this to write a more complete review. The employee was attentive to my needs and recommended the adequate items (and helped me be an informed customer) as she also had tried products I had not. I appreciate being able to find lots of goods that Amazon nor other website could deliver within the timeframe I needed. They have a 25% off sale on the 1st so that is definitely worth noting. Found cola de caballo (herb), psyllium husk whole fiber supplement, and Flora Iron supplement. While they did not have the palo azul in herb form they had it in pill mixed with cola de caballo and other helpful herbs. The items I tried were effective and am glad to have found this place. Grateful for the blessing it is to the community and the kind employees! Keep up the good work!:)
